Arnold probably hates Thomas, too? Is she married or related to the guy from the train hating oil industry sponsored legal think tank? I've never connected those dots...

It's all politics. And, it's just grandstanding, at that. Which is why this will likely fail, as the STB would basically being asked to make the finding-we're arbitratily and capriciously (to pander to local Nimby politicians) not going to allow you to do business, with no legitimate reason, by refusing to let you operate, after you've brought the railroad into compliance?
