How Far Will SMART Get?

In the next few weeks it'll be revealed
just how much track SMART can afford to
construct.

Any takers on bets?

1) No way they make it to Cloverdale
2) Larkspur? Will they get there? May be trade
between Healdsburg and Larkspur.

My bet is San Rafael to Windsor, but I
really don't know.

Based on what was said at last week's Exec Meeting,
they now have a bogey of $230 Million dollars to
fill.

It's not clear how lower construction costs
vs. more construction problems (bridges and tunnels)
will play out.
