The IJ has been pushing San Rafael as the interim terminus. Larkspur never wanted the terminal at all and San Rafael has opposed loco hauled trains.

I doubt that GGT could afford to take over SMART now. Anybody have a clue as to how much those doodlebugs will cost per car?
