C.O.O. of Amtrak fired

Chief Operating Officer Bill Crosbie of Amtrak was fired today. I don't know the details yet, but all I can say is GOOD RIDDANCE!

I met him twice, and on both occasions, he was a very smug, arrogant, know-it-all type of guy. I can usually sum up people very quickly when I first meet them, and my first impressions of him turned out to be true, according to people whom I've spoken with that have worked directly with him. In my opinion, it also seems as if he was promoted way beyond what his capabilities were....but that's just my opinion.
