Maybe the heavy use of ShotSpotters has reduced gunfire enough to permit the daring to access the Richmond platform at night to meet a train. Those devices have made a difference with RPD getting real time reports of shots fired. But for quite a while it has been a dangerous location to linger, particularly when 14 passes through.
