The curvature of the track doesn't look quite right and I can't find that small bridge that the third dome car is crossing in the photo.

In this rendition of the photo, it is tightly cropped. There was a promotional poster put out by the WP that shows much more of the general area. I'll see if I can find it somewhere on the Net.

I dunno, it appears to be a curve that is sharper in radius than ones in the vicinity of that part of Feather River Canyon. See:
