I have identified the correct location

The location is not Rock Creek nor Cresta. It is easily overlooked given its location. It is located above or east of the "Honeymoon tunnels" but west of Belden town. The photo shows an EB zepyhr approaching Belden while spanning a short deck girder bridge. On hwy 70, the road crosses a creek that enters the resevoir on the opposite side of that bridge. I offer my photo to show the same bridge; only it's from the side.
