Most of the BNSF logs in the Pacific Northwest were going to one of two places. The Mill at Moyie Springs, ID was getting logs off the BNSF at Bonners Ferry. And the Mill at Chewela was also getting logs off the Chewela Turn. The logs were coming from a variety of places.
But with the current downturn in the lumber market, logs are not as valuable, hence it's not as economical to ship them by rail as it was a couple years ago.
