Well that is different, though I've seen a few double - stack trains lately with a lot of singles. Maybe the can business is still down enough to single them out. I suppose it's also possible railroads have an unbalanced flow of cans; i.e. : One RR hauls them East & another West. Or maybe the ship hauls them further on one direction than the other ??? Maybe the shipping lines don't want to pay the RR to haul the MT cans ???
