Missed opportunities: trips you wished you'd made

Fortunately I've had made more opportunities than missed.
Still I can kick myself for a few missed chances I could have taken advantage of:
C&O 614 Hoboken to Port Jervis,NY -- almost went. I procrastinated one year too long.
T&P 610 anywhere it operated on the Southern Ry.-- too busy making West Coast trips back then.
Amtrak's North Coast Hiawatha in Montana-- I chose Amtrak's Empire Builder instead back in 1976.
North Coast Daylight (or whatever that train was called up to Eureka, CA in the mid-1980s)--big regret on not riding that one!
Newfoundland narrow-gauge mixed train--it was that trip or Beyer-Garratt's in Zimbabwe in 1988.
TC&GB caboose mixed train-- I called to inquire just one year too late (mid-80s).
