The whole HSR boondoggle can be summed up like this:
It is huge steaming turd in the middle of the ballroom floor, and all the politicians are merrily dancing around it, like it was a bouquet of American Beauty Roses.
It's time to get the pooper scooper, clean up the mess and tell the union thugs their puppy has died!
