Not familiar with the phrase "Kennywood Is Open", but I do know that "All Roads Lead To Kennywood". The yellow arrow with the word "Kennywood" directing you to the park is available at the park's website, and I keep thinking I should buy one and nail it to a power pole in front of the Malaga Alcoa plant.

Kennywood was originally a trolley park, but memory says by the late 50's, the cars didn't run there anymore.
