Neville Island
May be found in your Rand McNally Atlas.
Disconnected by major grade crossing. Less expensive to maintain by mechanic, janitor and truck, each night. How many cars? Double track or several passing loops? In addition to resident and business traffic, it served the staff of the LST yard at the Downstream end of the island.
Suggest LST in bing. LSTs were designed to fit the locks, barely.
My history includes Dravo, shipyard contractor and corporate headquarters.
