I' ve lived in Yuba City,CA for 40 years, for those of you who don't know, it's 45 miles north of Sacramento. I remember several years ago some high falutent yahoos from NY had an annual rating of the top 350 cities to live in. We came in last a couple of years in a row. Most of us who live here thought it was great because it was based on what they felt made a city a good place to live. We looked at it as a compliment because it kept people from moving here to bring in undesireable side affects of getting big. We always felt that this was a great place to raise a family. Most people here don't want all the hassels of a big city. And we used to have three RR's which made it great place for foaming.
