RailAmerica has not had a local dispatcher for the California Northern since 2007. Dispatching, like many of the corporation's other operations and customer service functions, has been moved out of the area and centralized elsewhere. Last I knew, and I am working from somewhat dated information, the CFNR's only local operating department management was a general manager and two trainmasters.
