This is NOT the same wye as existed in Northern Pacific days. That wye was torn out years ago; as noted above by others BNSF installed the new wye, in a new location, when they rebuilt the line over Stampede Pass in 1995. The wye in Lester was also relocated when BNSF rebuilt it; I don't know why the old locations for both were not re - used.
