You're probably trying to say something here, but it is a little hazy.
For instance, I am not sure what FDR's gold coin bit has to do with the wholesale leveling of the US steel industry in the '80s - '90's, for instance, nor with the attendant belief that the US was evolving into a "service" economy.
Perhaps you could step away from the forum, do a little research, think about what you want to say, and try again.
