" No one suffered thru(sic)this whole "ordeal" ".
Except maybe those of us who were trying to book a train trip over the internet, & didn't have the time or gas money to travel to our nearest Amtrak ticket office.
BTW, the computer ticketing system is back up as of Tuesday AM; however operating very slowly.
