We figured it was a power move, as they came from Shellmound moving toward Desert Yard, but then they stopped about 2000 feet east of the E'ville platform. Then they ran back the other way to Shellmound and stopped again. I figured they were trying to saw over to another track. Later, after we got on 718, I looked out the windows bayside, but never saw them. They never moved faster than 15 MPH, and they were on the track furthest from the platform. Maybe they were confused about what they needed to do and how to get there (been there!).

Anyway, the SD's looked good, and would have been better with aluminum trucks and lighted number boards on the long hood end instead of decals, but hey, that they re-used an SD instead of buying some piece of crap genset is good by me!
