Juppo, your outlook is pretty optimistic, considering:

a) None of these "shippers" have secured any kind of contract with the railroad.
b) The spur to Standard Structures will have to be completely rebuilt. Have you checked it up close at all lately? Most of it was pulled up years ago

c) Only about five shippers have expressed interest in recieving rail service, and as we all saw with the failed upstart railroad out of Tulelake, interest does not always = carloads.
