When the law is on your side, argue the law.
When the evidience is on your side, argue the evidence.
When you don't have either, just argue.
Let me get this right......? The Trucking Company is apparently going with the story is that Thomas, and his accomplice, the evil whily Amtrak train, must have come off of the evil UP's tracks, while no one was watching, and tracked that truck down, and made that truck run right into the side of him.
Trucks are always safe, responsible, and well operated, unlike evil Thomas. Trucks never cause accidents because of stupid behavior. By the way, was this idiot texting or talking on the cell phone when he ran into the side of a train at a protected crossing where you can see the train coming for miles?
In any case, (or even if we don't actually have a case?) these fools must tell the ignorant media (which will print or air any assertion as a "fact") that Evil Thomas the Train was at fault, and must be stopped, before he does it again!
