What about the traffic on the LA&SL?

In the past, I have read that there is so much freight traffic on the Santa Fe from Los Angeles to Daggett and then on the LA&SL between Daggett and Salt Lake, that there would be no room for Amtrak.

Is this still the case? I don't think there are very many trains on the Cima Sub.
