Marin Co. to study reopening of Alto Tunnel for Bikes.

Marin County is spending $600,000 to study reopening of the Alto Tunnel that abandoned when the NWP ended service to Sausalito in 1971. Now a bike path, the ROW was the main line of the Electric Interurban System from 1904 to 1941. Here is the link with the entire story in the Marin IJ:
