To answer Fred's (ff) original question about 6-wheel narrow gauge trucks on "cars", not locomotives, about the only person in the United States at present, who could probably give him a definite answer would be narrow gauge historian and rail author "Mallory Hope Ferrell", who is a bi-monthly contributor to the "Narrow Gauge Shortline Gazette" magazine ! With his extensive knowledge and photo collections, I'd venture to say, THERE is your source for an answer ...
