UPRR Dispatcher Question

So, I park my carcass here, at Rotary Park, in exurban Chicago. I park this carcass on the UPRR {formally the C&NWRR) mainline between Chicago and Omaha, and beyond. There are three UPRR dispatchers involved here: Chicago Terminal, DS-11 and DS-12.

My question is: do these 3 dispatchers have other territories to cover, or is the the UPRR Chicago/Omaha line busy enough to require that these 3 dispatchers concentrate on this one segment of the railroad.

ps Dispatcher SRK seems to be very professional.
