Even with the above said by you Coleman. A lot of the questions you ask could be answered by yourself with just a bit more research or THINKING. In fact in your posts, lots of times you do answer your questions. You also have to use some discrimination as to what you post or ask; you are not alone here. Just look back at the thread about the CORP abandoning the South End, seems again someone with too much free time on their hands. UNLESS, of course the CORP answer was a smoke screen and then it is a hot scoop. Even tho it has been an expensive venture for CORP to put the South End back in service, I think it very unlikely for there to be any MOW work going on if it were going to be abandoned. Robbie
