UP Moapa to Caliente,NV.

If anyone familier with the UP north of LasVegas between Moapa and Caliente could help...I've looked at Google earth to find a route to follow the UP north and leaving Moapa on the Meadow Valley Wash Rd seems to work until a few miles north where the connection with County Rd 4230 seems to have disappeared. Looking closer there appears to be a dirt road that follows the track travels under it then appears to connect with Rd 4230 in a grove of trees along the wash. Is this possible and does Rd 4230 connect with State route 317 through Carp? Thanks for the help.....Tom.
