Ah Ha-- I finally tripped up the good Doctor... hehehehe

WRONG !! You should know better. I'm shocked and amazed!!!

The Key Route's freight business which became the Oakland Terminal Railway was sold in 1943 to the Western Pacific and Santa Fe. They also got Alameda Belt Line.
SP was left out in the cold!!! This is well documented in historical archives.
