Typical modern railroad carload scenario. They complain that carload freight is too costly and try to push everything into unit trains to lower costs and frustrate and run-off their online shippers. Yet for a local on a railroad with no "mountain grade" they assign 12,000hp to a 20 car turnaround train. Gee I wonder why its so costly.
