But interfering in any way with railroad operations, such as by any non-railroad employee even trying, to stop a train (in a non-emergency) - IS specifically a Federal rap!


I wonder where will all this end - if idiot politicians that keep allowing this - not ever realizing; that indefinitely occupying public property, interfering with other people's rights, defacing property, permitting or committing violence, while themselves intimidating and bulling everyone that is not participating; HAS NOT A DARN THING TO DO WITH free speech!

Free speech is stating your point of view without any duress implied, to anyone actuallywilling to listen - while not forcing yourself on anyone else in any way. But these "occupiers" obviously have nothing to actually say; otherwise, they would have said it by now. They are in fact, doing nothing whatever, except trampling the rights of others! And that is why we have government in the first place - to prevent that sort of thing!

Those Neros that keep fiddling while the general public's rights burn - need to be sued for malfeasance in office (failure to enforce the law), and then impeached and thrown out on their ears.

Maybe they will pick a spot where remote controls are used - with no one in the cab to see 'em lay down on the track. That might eliminate more than just this problem.......
