Sam...You are right...UP was never mentioned...it sounds like a group of guys drank about 10 pitchers of beer and came up with this idea...And I don't believe that Crows Landing is very far from Lathrop which could handle this with no problem...but with the short haul you are talking cents instead of dollars....
