Grain Shuttle-train loader on the W&I RR

The subject of this shuttle-train loader has come up on this forum before, but I thought I'd bring it up again with an article published this week in the Capitol Press, a northwest agriculture newspaper... A few excerpts:

"The McCoy grain terminal will enable the coop to load grain on 110-car shuttle trains..."

"Terminal will be located on SR 271 between Rosalia and Oakesdale, Wash."

"intends to break ground as soon as the weather warms, ideally by April 1."

"Construction will take 12-14 months."

Cheers!
