The contracts are signed, so the work will start as soon as the ground is workable. The location is the open area just north of the existing elevator at McCoy (as shown in Matt's link). The balloon will blow through the hill just north of the green arrow and double back around in the draw north of that. The abandoned farmhouse will be inside the balloon. The silos will be right where the green arrow is.
