They were SUPOSED to break ground last fall... or so I was told. There is a tracked excavator at the site that has dug up a small amoutn of materal, not sure it it is realated to the co-load facility or not. It's going to be roughly here (green arrow).

While I'm glad to see more trains on the W&I, I will miss seeign the big GE 6 axle motors in Oakesdale, as well as climbing the hill between Flaig and McCoy.
