"California Short Line, 2-8-2 up for sale"

"Want to buy a railroad? A Northern California real estate company is listing the 9-mile Yreka Western Railroad for sale, including 2-8-2 No. 19, which operated in tourist service until 2009. Asking price for the depot and shop is $729,000; No. 19 is listed at $900,000, and 4 miles of track are available for $600,000.
Yreka Western has been embroiled in litigation involving its owner, the Rocky Mountain Mining and Railway Museum, and its principal, Court Hammond.

OK ... you got me! What happened to the Wallowa Union RR deal that was supposed happen this spring, or whatever?? I am totally confused! Does anyone have any accurate information?
