Actually, NWP runs all the way up to Standard Structures in Windsor about twice a week to trans-load lumber for Meade Clark Lumber. Larkspur is where the ferry boat is, what's south of it in Marin? Yes, there are far more commuters south of the area covered by SMART, in the greater Bay Area, but for North Bay commuters, hopefully SMART will serve their needs.
