Oakland... but maybe not where you think. SP had sold it to GE (which in turn, eventually sold it to White City), and while under GE ownership it spent most of its time sitting at GE's facility south of 54th Avenue in East Oakland - the same place where the "Popsicles" sat for years before being cut up for scrap by Alco (!) Metals. There's even a photo of it there on page 17 of Strapac's 1971 SP MPA.
