Yup. Any trolley/streetcar tracks that Monterey may have had were long gone by then; it's just another one of those stupid bus "trolleys" that the tourist lines use. (We've got one here in Albuquerque, too; there actually was a streetcar line here, but it was torn up in the 1920s.)
