Keep an eye on the track, the dash-2 trucks are known to be harder on the track than the pre-dash-2 trucks are. Track concerns is why Conrail ordered their GP-38-2's and SD-40-2's with pre-dash-2 trucks. (It was easy for the Geeps as trade in trucks could be used, the SD's EMD had to build more trucks.) EPA sure has found it's way into everything, perfectly good locomotives end up being a different kind of pollution (needlessly) in the waste stream.
What a waste.
