I talked to several folks involved with the movement at the MRHA convention today. A few points:
1) The cars will not make it to Idaho in time.
2) The actual issue is a 4 inch flat spot on one wheel on one car. Weather this issue occurred reroute or was present before the cars were picked up is unknown. Where the info stating that all three cars had centerstill/frame issues came from is also unknown, but this is false.
3) The instructions on the movement of the cars stated that they were to stay as a block. Even though the two of the cars have no issues, they cannot continue until the third is repaired.
