That first photo of SN 1005 is Fantastic.. Here is an appropriate caption to go with it :

"After enduring a 10-year $ 450,000 (plus) restoration.... Sacramento Northern Combo # 1005 returns to its former mainline rails at Birds Landing, CA--- one half mile North of MOLENA, on Saturday, June 30, 2012 for the very FIRST time in 72 years !! Unbelievable !!! "
