Steve: We had exactly the same thoughts at the time when they moved the Salinas engine. There have been several letters to the editor in the Monterey Herald about the stupidity of all of this and how the engine is actually one of the main draws to the park. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out. Maybe someone should sponsor an "Occupy the Engine" protest!! :-)
