Considering how close it is to the bay, it"s probably mostly a locomotive-shaped lump of rust. Anyway, an engine without a pony truck is generally not the best idea for running any distance (with apologies to the Yolo Short Line). Hopefully, it won't end up like the 0-6-0 that used to be at the San Francisco Zoo.
