I thought once George W. Bush and John Ashcroft went away, all our freedoms would reappear and we could run around the railroads like happy little campers again. From what I've seen, things have gone from bad to worse under Obama and Napolitano. I have personally had more people I know questioned, told "they can't take pictures of trains," and had their personal information entered into railroad police databases with the threat of arrest if caught on the property in the future (with many of these people being unaware they were on the property to begin with) in the last couple of years than any time in the past, including the period immediately following 9/11.
