Mr. Speaker. When you see TSA or any law enforcement officer, around the railroad, please turn yourself in peacefully. Remind them to run you for wants and warrants. They will be treated to extensive reading as you have a long list of field interviews and incidents on your record. Remember a few years ago when you tried to enter Canada, and the Canadian authorities turned you back to U.S. Border Patrol, who then kept you overnight, and made certain you understood NOT to come back?
About the dogs, frequently these are drug sniffing dogs, but BNSF and UP have dogs trained as police dogs, who can and will detain you forcefully, if necessary. They are experienced and trained to deal with dangerous criminals. Rest assured you cannot outrun them, and you cannot overpower them. When you find yourself being detained by a police dog, remember to stay calm and lie still. The more you resist, the harder the dog and its handler will be on you. Best if you just stay away from the railroads for good.
