You definitely would have heard the Harbor Turn last night. That was probably the first horn you heard, the second horn was most likely the Albina Flyer. The Albina Flyer goes on duty at 10PM in Tigard and will run out to the Forest Grove Branch and the Seghers Branch and also switch industries in Hillsboro. Then you would have heard two more horns, the Flyer returning to Tigard, and the Harbor returning as well. There also might have been a late running Rock Train heading into Hillsboro, you could have heard that and then the power returning.
