Hey Coleman-- You live in Davis, CA... You also live near the UPRR tracks.. What transit agency (rail or bus) is going to operate a service late at night, for maybe two or three passengers who "might" show up a couple of times a week compared to daily commuters who cram the system in the AM and PM peak commute hours ???

Plus you make the statement: "and make them run later or all night? " ...
You're NOT going to MAKE ANYBODY do anything !! Are you going to point a gun to their head or what other crazy ideas do you have ?? How do you MAKE THEM do anything, huh ??
