I just purchased three long out of print David Myrick books at the train store in Tehachapi. There were quite a few titles for sale there. Also, on the subject of Myrick, the 7th Arizona maniscript was finished prior to His passing. I am hoping that Altamont Press readers can help convince the publisher to print the book which focuses on Flagstaff, Williams and the logging railroads around those areas.
