Caltrain in May switched from its longtime operator, Amtrak, to a new company, TASI

You get what you pay for. Be prepared for more incidences such as this. Maybe the engineer was distracted talking to his marijuana dealer on his cell phone.

* When you go for the lowest bidder, quality goes out the window.

* When you pay peanuts for wages, you get monkeys for workers.
