NWP power

I have a couple of questions regarding NWP power. Last time I was through Willits there were a couple of fairly recently painted units on a sidindg facing the highway and still more in the yard. Who owns these as well as the other units scattered around Eureka, Petaluma, and Schellville and will any of them ever run again ? What does the new operator plan to use for power ?
